Installation.

I recommend to use manual installation! Having opened it gta3.img (is in a folder models in the catalogue with game), with IMG Tool 2.0
Use command "FIND" to find and remove files landstal.dff è landstal.txd and command "ADD" insert files from archive.

Further we open with "Notebook" a file handling.cfg (a folder data), we find and it is replaced a next line:

Further we open with "Notebook" a file vehicles.ide (a folder data), we find and it is replaced a next line:

Further we open with "Notebook" a file carmods.dat (a folder data), we find and it is replaced a next line:

Further we open with "Notebook" a file carcols.dat (a folder data), we find and it is replaced a next line:

landstal, 3,102, 99,123, 79,14, 103,103, 86,77, 62,3, 64,87, 3,3

you're best options are to use SAMI or GGMM
