Description:
Here is a great tool for GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas, this has the ability to edit any of the maps within the game and to view them from outside of the game within the tool itself. This application allows you to add standard IPL objects to the GTA map using drag methods via copy and paste. Using this tool, you can look at any section of GTA 3, Vice City or San Andreas just by choosing one of the map areas to look at. This would be an excelent tool for making new mods for.

Please note that it is highly recommended that you back up any files, just in case you do not like this modification or it messes up your game and also to make sure that you don't delete something that is required for the game to work in this case.
