Description:
Here is a NYPD Issue Pepper Spray weapon which will replace the spray can in GTA San Andreas, its not the best retexture although its still fairly good ingame as the Pepper Spray can is fairly small. This spray weapon would be more realistic for those that like to role play cops in game, although the only bad point would be that it still sprays paint.

NYPD PEPPER SPRAY

Hi, This is my first texture. I know it is cruddy but I thought I will progress after a cruddy design.
To Install
First : Backup your gta3.img directory
Open your gta3.img with IMG Tool which you can get from here: http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads/file.php?id=552
Now under Edit go Find and type in spraycan.txd. Now click on it and go up to Commands then replace it with the one you downloaded. Now Exit IMG Tool and enter your game and you will have my Pepper Spray :)

if there was a way to do the following it would be so cool...
1. make it aim like a true weapon (make it hold out like the default gangster level pistol).
2. make the stream shoot straight.
3. give it a more effective range (about 10 feet or so) [a meter and a half approximately for you metric happy kids]
4. alter the stats so that it hurts longer. some people want to get away, some want to kill. then again, if you want to kill, use what you were (hopefully) trained in using! [gun]
5. make it so that instead of a spray can model with a retexture, we're holding something like this dispenser that's revolver shaped. it's really cool!
