Call of Duty: Ammokid's Mod
Here's the second version of the mod. Also works with UO. The mod is mainly to make the game a bit funner. What's new in this version is there more weapons and most weapons are modern.

Railworks: Railworks - The Tavern Route - Trainspotting Route (Created in 1 Day)
The Tavern Route - a small route that was created in a Day!, the route itself is mainly designed for trainspotting and is based on a fictional small northern town called Tavern. I gave myself a small challenge of creating a trainspotting route in a day, probably not the best route but I gave it a go and made it with scenery covering 3 miles of track although only one station. The route is set in the mid 1980s, around a fairly major junction for Intercity and local trains, as well as coal freight trains to the near by power station. I have included a short 10 minute trainspotting scenario using default only stock (class 166 networkers don't really work on this route though ) as well as two freeroam scenarios.

rFactor: Sudschleife 1.0
This is an interpretation of the Nurburgring Sudschleife in approximately 1967. The main length of the track is new tarmac and many of the overhanging trees have been cut back. Pit straights have been resurfaced, but the nordkehre loop at the end of the lap retains its original concrete blocking.

I have used many maps, photographs, books (in particular The Other Green Hell), Google Earth and the Karsten Hulskamper height graph to create the circuit using Bob's Track Builder. Most of the buildings were created from scratch in SketchUp by me except for the farm houses which are from the "French Houses" XPack and the grandstands from "Grandstands".. Other XPacks used are "Great Britain", "Hayward Club", "Ennis Extras", "Old UK Advertising" and "Road Mid".
Any information which leads to improvements is welcome.

Elite Force 2: MOM - Multi Options Menu
What was that about my Mom?

This is a playable Tech Demo map, to demonstrate my new modification called MOM (Multi Options Menu). The distinctive feature of this is that it enables the Player to use a specific Menu to choose between multiple
options, his selection can be detected by the script and will perform the predefined action in a function. This is similar to the stock singleplayer Menus, but it works in multiplayer any time, without cheats enabled.

16 Options per Menu are provided from which the player can choose. This map provides the following features:
- A two way Transporter with 4 available different coordinates
- A Replicator, allowing you to pick up and use the items
- 4 new interactivity indicator Symbols
- Gives a weapon to the player on spawn
- A Lift, with 9 levels to go
- A controllable Fontaine
- A Code access Panel
- A destructible Lamp
- 5 different Menus

Empire at War: Convectors Mod FOC Beta
If you're not familiar with mod, then you're either new here, or haven't been paying attention. This is tenth release of the mod, and it comes with quite a few new features, you can check them out in the change log. The most noticeable thing I saw was that with the increased shield and health of buildings and star bases, quite a bit of strategy has been added to this 1cred./1sec/ mod. Now I'm not saying that it is a great strategic mod, but it is way more that you could ever expect from a mod based on 1cred./1sec. It is certainly fun.
Quote:
OK this is my Beta version of my mod for Forces of Corruption. It Does every thing that my other mod did and more. So Try it out and have a fun time. The Custom music will be added on to the Final Version. So hang on there its a work in progress.

Jedi Knight III: The Force Unleashed Animations SP
Since it doesn’t look like we will get another Jedi Knight game any time this century, I still hold to what I have said before in that being the only other lightsaber combat focused game, The Force Unleashed is in a way the spiritual successor of the Jedi Knight series. Therefore I suppose it isn’t surprising that we get a steady stream of The Force Unleashed themed mods here at JKFiles.

This latest mod gives JKA a TFU flavour by adding in TFU inspired animations for several things, including death, roll and lightsaber animations (though there only appears to be one lightsaber style from what I could see). It also adds a TFU style HUD in the top left of the screen as well as new menu and map loading images. Not only that but there seems to be a few new sounds and even new saber clash effects (which look much better than the Base JKA ones I think).

The lightsaber style animations look pretty good, and I like the addition of the new splash images, menu and loading screens along with the HUD. There are a couple of things that could do with improving though, one being the new splash, menu and loading screens, which look quite pixelated, I would definitely suggest trying to find some higher resolution images for these. The other thing is the roll animation, which is now a kind of force dash; the characters pose looks a little awkward and the length of the dash is not very far, if possible I think it should be lengthened a little and the characters pose worked on some more, but that’s just my opinion!

Thanks for downloading this collection of ships spanning three series. Here you will find five ships - the Tamarian, Klaestron, T'Lani, Drayan, and Bothan. Paramount used the same model for all of these ships with some slight structural and nacelle differences. All ships have new custom weaponry. The warp glows and other textures are consistent with the different shows they were on.

This asset pack available is a set of assets by THEWULFMAN from his map, Ryloth: Nabat. As seen in the screenshots below, these contain some simple props that can be used to populate new maps - more detail on what is included can be seen if you've played through the above-linked map.

As with any set of files of this nature, some basic understanding of the modtools and how to work with pre-made assets will be necessary if you're interested in using these. If that's you, then take a look at the screenshots and download them if you're interested.

X3 Terran Conflict: Energy Cell Eliminator
A collection of scripts designed for the sole purpose of eliminating the use of energy cells as a resource, with 4 different script pairs based on the user's preference. Users may choose to eliminate energy cell usage from ore/silicon/ice mines or from all factories, and may choose to have this apply only to player-owned stations or all stations in the universe.

This version corrects an oversight that caused seperate instances of the EC removal scripts to start every single time a game was loaded, and now limits script execution to the first 30 seconds of a given game and ensuring that only one instance of the script should be running. To activate the scripts after this initial time window, open the X3 Terran Conflict script editor and run the script manually.

Jedi Knight III: African American Jedi
Well we have already seen a Black Rebel Trooper skin from Jedi_HM2, which is good because I find it a little odd how all the Rebel Troopers appear to look identical, without even different facial hair. Maybe the Rebels use clones for their Troopers too! Either that of the guys at Raven were too lazy to make more than one version of the skin. Either way we now also have an African American Jedi, courtesy of TK962, though since neither Africa or America exists in Star Wars, that’s probably not the best description! Though as the author says, he only used that term as he wanted to distinguish this from simply a black clothed Jedi.
I think its a great idea to diversify the skin colours of player characters in JKA, well, for humans that is, since we already have green, red and other skin colours depending on your species! That said, I do think this skin needs some more work, as at the moment he just doesn’t look like a black guy, an Indian or Malay perhaps, but not black African. As a base it might be a good idea to work from the Lando face skin, and maybe just remove that moustache, or add some different facial hair. You could even use the shaven headed Jedi Trainer model if you wanted shorter cropped hair, or a bald skin, though Samuel L. Jackson may come and kick your door in for attempting to usurp him there! XD

Jedi Knight III: The Dagger of Time Movie Edition
As the title suggests, this is based off the Dagger of Time from the recent Prince of Persia movie, rather than from the games and as such is less glowy and abstract and looks something more like a real dagger, albeit a very intricate one. On that note, the texturing work on this weapon, especially on the blade is amazing and looks quite beautiful. The detail on the hilt of the dagger is also most impressive and the hilt itself seems to have a slight glow, presumably because the sands of time are contained within? I’m not familiar with the Prince of Persia but I’m sure those of you who are fans will appreciate these nicely detailed touches! On the subject of realistic touches, obviously a daggers range is pretty limited, being only a small weapon, and the author has reflected this by reducing the damagescale of the weapon. While this may seem a little impractical, it is logical and the author also recommends using the dagger in one hand and a sword in the other to mitigate the effect.

Once again an excellent weapon mod from AshuraDX! Included in the .zip file is also the customary model render wallpaper of the Dagger model for you to use as wallpaper should you wish, which I think is a very nice touch, though I would like to see a widesceen variant as well, seeing as many people have 16:9/16:10 displays these days! The only other thing I would suggest is maybe the jewel on the pommel of the dagger should have been more of a reddish colour as opposed to purple, though I could be completely wrong, as it was very difficult to find any reference pictures on the net which clearly showed the jewel.

Medal of Honor: Stalingrad Russian Skin
This is my first player skin, it was made to like like a Russian soldier from the battle of Stalingrad.

History:
"The Battle of Stalingrad was a major battle of World War II in which Nazi Germany and its allies fought the Soviet Union for control of the city of Stalingrad (now Volgograd) in southwestern Russia. The battle took place between 17 July 1942 and 2 February 1943 and was among the largest on the Eastern Front, and was marked by its brutality and disregard for military and civilian casualties. It was amongst the bloodiest battles in the history of warfare with the higher estimates of combined casualties amounting to nearly two million deaths. In the defeat, the crippling losses suffered by Germany's military proved to be insurmountable for the war. The battle was a turning point in the war, making a German victory in the East impossible."

Railworks: Railworks - Southeastern Class 166 Retexture (2.0)
Here is a re-textured version of the Class 166 Networker Turbo, this version is based upon the Southeastern Class 465 / 466 Networker with the yellow doors. The numbers on the unit will also show the correct unit numbers (although only between 466001 – 466043) I have also included a re-textured Network South East Interior with this Southeastern Re-Skin.

Also included is a 1st Class version of the DMOCL and DMOS so that you can have the 465901+ version of the train, although because of the location of the “carriage number” (which is in the same place as the first class wording) unfortunately this will only show up properly without the numbers (you can do this by deleting the number in scenario editor). Call of Duty 4: Hollow Pointe Call of Duty 4 Multiplayer Map
Update: I have now uploaded the new install package for the level, which has been renamed to HollowPointe. The 1.1 update also has a few minor tweaks to the level itself. Enjoy and let me know if any has any issues with the level.

The new name will be HollowPointe. Sorry for any issues this has caused anyone. HollowPointe is a multiplayer map for Call of Duty Modern Warfare that I decided to make for my portfolio. I will be updating it, as I'm sure a few bugs will pop up here and there. Please send me feedback as I would love to hear what people think. On a secondary note, I'd love some of the community guys to throw the map into rotation on their CoD servers to see how people like the map. Empire at War: (ZM) Imperial Stronghold V3
I'm going to stand by what I said on my last review about this being a beautiful map that could be framed on my wall (it would great with all my other Star Wars posters). But I will clarify by saying, of course there is room for improvement, there is always room for improvement as we can see with this release of V3.

The thing that I find draws me to this map, is that it doesn't get boring. There is so much to do, see, and destroy that I found myself darting all over the map to take care of it all. And it's a huge map (the bigger the better). Most of the changes in this version appear to be aesthetic (bad pun, I know) but it's worth getting whether or not you've played it yet.
Quote:
Changes for V3:
-Hopefully improved textures
-More sublte transition between contrasting textures
-More height variation in the battle field
-Stregic positions in the mountains around the Imperial base (shouldn't be hard to find them)
-Added trees and tall grass smile
-I know they wont be great, I placed them fairly randomly...
-Added other small details around the map

I'm glad I came back to this map. I believe I've made several improvements over the last version. While making "(ZM) Eve" I to open up V2 of this map and saw numerous problems. I know it's not as good as Petroglyph's map (in my opinion, their best map is Mandalore's land map), but I doubt I'll ever be that good. Enjoy. Again, no complaining about Readme length.

Empire at War: Unlimited Money
This is a lot like the map I made for myself to use for testing new mods. You've got a base at opposite corners, a bunch of asteroids, and a straight shot at the other team. Each base has two rows of build satellites for added protection. And, the titular feature is several dozen mining facilities off map for each team so the cash flow doesn't stop. It certainly makes for a fast paced game of heavy weapons.
Space map that never runs out of Money. Was made long ago decided to upload here. Hate or love it I don't care.

Empire at War: War Of The Worlds
A quite literal war of worlds. Each team starts out with a level 5 starbase over a planet. The sheer mass of each world should be tearing them apart towards each other, but that's not the point. I suppose the winner of this batter gets what is left of the worlds. A good looking map, even if it is a little bland on the object placement. Another map I made long ago. Decided to upload it here. Hate? Love? I don't really care. Ive included pictures *that is why it is 1.71mb*

Jedi Knight III: 20 Brush Space Station
When I first saw the title of this map, the first thought that popped into my head was 'what on earth do brushes have to do with a space station' visions of literal brushes running through my mind. Of course then I read the readme which explains that the map was part of a contest over at Map-Craft to create a duel map using only 20 brushes (the blocks that a map is made out of, for those not familiar with mapping terminology).

As such don’t expect to look at the floor ans see every individual bolt holding each floor panel down, or really that much detail at all, because that’s not what this map is about! Considering this has been made using only 20 brushes I think the author has done a good job making an interesting duel map. “But its just a room with a space skybox and a glass tube in the middle” I hear you say. Well that glass tube with the energy beam in the middle is what makes duels in this map more interesting; destroy it and sirens start blaring, the lighting changes to a 'red alert' theme and sparks shoot up from the floor. The player also takes damage if they stray outside the four platforms in the corners of the room as there is water under the grating separating them. And everyone knows; electricity + water = bad.

Jedi Knight III: GoldenEye Temple
Omega Sigma returns with a new GoldenEye themed map! This time the it is the Temple level from GoldenEye. Why there was a temple level in the GoldenEye game in the first place I have no idea, as it has nothing to do with the film, but only ever played a little bit of GoldenEye on the N64 so I’m just guessing either the story was different, or this was just an unusual multiplayer map, considering the theme of the game.

Anyway, just like his last map GoldenEye Facility this is a pretty accurate recreation of the original, from the reference screenshots I was able to find. Of course, BongoBob also made a GoldenEye Temple map many aeons ago, back in 2004 to be exact, but personally I think the texturing is more accurate in this new map. That said I do think that the lighting needs a fair bit more work. I would also recommend putting a delay key on the doors, since if you press the use key down just a little too long, the door 'jumps around', opening and closing again almost instantly.

As with the Omega Sigma's GoldenEye Facility map, being an authentic recreation of the original this map is very simple and is a good map for an all gins FFA, as indeed the original was designed to be back in 1997. Because of that it wont be to everyone’s tastes, but I think people that enjoy a simple good old gun battle will like this map. I do think that any future maps of this kind should have Team FFA support though, as this kind of map obviously lends itself well to team play.

Star Wars Battlefront 2: Death Star II: Emperor's Throne Room
Pros - Excellent gameplay, visuals, music, phenomenal attention to detail.
Cons - Errmm......None?

Death Star II: Emperor's Throne Room is Maveritchell's suitably spectacular post-Dark Times II return to mapping. As you've probably guessed from the title, the setting is The Emperor's Throne Room atop the Death Star II where Luke and Vader's final duel occurs.

Within BF2's limitations, the movie-accuracy of this map is amazing. The modelling and texturing work is highly detailed throughout, and there are so many fine details - from the hologram of the galaxy in one room, to the intricate details of the catwalks and handrails, and of course the emperor's throne overlooking the Death Star II. I actually spent a hunt round just exploring the map, despite its small size (occasionally dodging Vader's hurled lightsabre and hurling the Emperor to his doom).

Gameplay is also excellent. As previously mentioned, the map is very small - too small in fact for Conquest mode. The modes are Hunt (the final duel between Luke and Vader, with Emperor Palpatine watching on) in GCW and Dark Times* eras, Team Death Match, which is pretty much like stock hunt without the time limit and normal units in CW, GCW and DT eras, and finally Hero Assault in GCW and DT (sabre heroes only) eras. All the modes work very well and are very fun to play due to the compact nature of the map and perfect AI pathing.

Star Wars Battlefront 2: Naboo: Riverside Village
Naboo: Riverside Village is FighterRex's modding debut. It's a fairly even battle centering on a river between some rolling hills (CIS/Alliance controlled) and a village (Republic/Empire controlled).

As first maps go its pretty good, and avoids several of the pitfalls of first maps. The gameplay is not spectacular but decent enough, without many (if any) running into walls bugs, and the lack of cover in the hills area somewhat made up for by the ruggedness of the hills. Gameplay isn't completely bug-free however - players can't spawn at the river CP, although the inclusion of tanks and speeders for transports prevents battle being focused solely on the river, and there don't appear to be any control zones, resulting in vehicles (especially the single gunship/fighter, which the AI never use) decaying quickly if left alone.

Visually, the map is quite bland. The terrain sculpting and texturing is pretty good, although a different grass texture would have been nice. Where it falls down is the lack of props and foliage. Grass on the hills, rocks and/or reeds in the river, crates around the CPs.... all these things would improve the look of the map dramatically. Adding some more props to the village would have helped too. Another problem is the default view distance - its very low, with the reslt that buildings fade out at short range (this can be fixed by playing with settings in the NRV.sky file). While the map works, the lack of extra visuals makes it seem a bit too much like a map rather than an actual place.

Star Wars Battlefront 2: Naboo Sewers
Some of you may be familiar with this, as FragMe!'s Naboo Sewers has been around for a while - just not here. For those of you that are not, you may be aware that Naboo seems to be a place that FragMe! enjoys revisiting. What really sets his Naboo maps apart, though, are his custom models and his dedication to matching the original props' detail and theme in those models. Naboo Sewers, then, is themed like Naboo but set in the dank underbelly of the city - its sewers. For as prevalent as the "sewer level" is in video games, it is somewhat strange that a map like this is so unique, but here we are - a sewer map which is unique amongst its peers.

It's overall a well-constructed map - it looks nice, and it sets the mood really well. Lots of the modeling work done is very thematically appropriate, as mentioned above, and this is a smart choice, as the map actually extends above to the surface, which is very secondary to the gameplay of the map, but can be reached anyway for added depth. There are a couple of pathing errors, or at least places where the AI seems to have some difficulty, but nothing either incredibly obvious or hindering to the flow of the map. The author notes too that there are some sounds missing, and it would be nice to see all the sounds working, and perhaps even a few extra - rushing water sound effects or echoing drips would go a long way to further making the map shine.

Star Wars Battlefront 2: The Zombie Apocalypse
"The Zombie Apocalypse," by MetalcoreRancor, is an explosion of colors and noise and other strange things. Ostensibly, "The Zombie Apocalypse" is a zombie-themed map(s) with a set of rotating areas in which one can fight (it is essentially a handful of maps). This has the author's trademark... strangeness to it, though. While I can definitely respect the innovation displayed in creating such a unique set of environments, by and large trying to play this feels like an assault on my (personal) senses.

There's some sort of screamo music, which from the get-go is a real turnoff. There are also all sorts of strange colors. Just everywhere. As far as actual bugs go, there aren't a terribly huge amount, but there are still noticeable places where floating objects can be seen in different levels. The biggest part of my enjoyment, or lack thereof, is just my subjective experience. This is frankly so incredibly strange and weird-looking. The wave modes last for so long (but you can exploit the hordes of AI easily, simply by standing on high ground) that by the time you approach the end, some sort of ennui has set in, making the death at the hands of the zombies seem like sweet release.

Unreal Tournament 3: CTF-CrossFire
A symmetrical map where the bases are seperated by a bridge.
The bridge is a bit based on The map Narrows, so it got a Transparant bridge(lowbridge) and one solid (highbridge) there should be enough cover and enough ways to get to the flag.
The map is made for a 4v4 fight.
